REFUND POLICY

If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

      •  We accept returns on damaged merchandise, if you receive one of our products with any manufacturing errors, we will gladly refund your purchase.
      •  Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
      •  Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
      •  Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

     

    To initiate a refund or exchange, please complete the following steps:

          1.  Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
    2.  Wait for the refund to process, you may require return instructions.
          3.  Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
          4.  Send all items back to us using the label provided

       

      Additional information:

            •  Please allow 14 days after your return for package to arrive
            •  If the returned product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
            •  We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the shipping carrier.
